AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU and QEC Internet Services

needAnotary.net is a website service owned and operated by QEC Internet Services.  The needAnotary.net website (the "Web Site") is intended to provide an information exchange for the general public and businesses by providing a search utility for finding a Notary Public 24/7/365. It is always 100% FREE to search for a Notary Public using needAnotary.net. The Web Site was also designed to be a vehicle to make it easy for mobile notary publics to market and advertise their services to the general public and businesses that use the services of notaries as a core part of their business.

This User Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is entered into by and between QEC Internet Services ("needAnotary.net") and you, the User ("Member" or "General Public") of the needAnotary.net website. By using the Web Site, you affirm and certify that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service.
needAnotary.net cannot be, and is not, responsible for the correctness of the information we publish, which was supplied to us by the Members who list with us.  None of the information contained herein, including any, which mentions legal matters, has been produced with the intention of providing legal information or advice. For legal advice, please consult an attorney.

The Web Site is offered to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your Agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

Limitation of Liability

We are not a lender or broker nor do we process, underwrite or make any credit decisions in connection with any type of loans. needAnotary.net does not endorse, recommend or favor any participating notary listed on the Web Site. Users using the search utility should rely on his/her own judgment in deciding which notary public best suits his/her needs. In any agreements formed between our Users, needAnotary.net will not incur any liability as a result of such agreements nor is needAnotary.net a party to any such agreements.

QEC Internet Services makes every effort to keep servers running on an around the clock basis. As with any computer device, failures can and do occur. In the case that such a failure does occur, every reasonable effort is made to keep the time that the server is unavailable to a minimum. QEC Internet Services is not responsible for any loss of business or any other liability or loss that may arise out of such failures for any reason.

QEC Internet Services may wish to update or change the terms, conditions, and notices for needAnotary.net from time to time to reflect changes in the services provided, changes in the laws affecting the services rendered, or for other good reasons. You understand that QEC Internet Services reserves the right to make these changes and that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms, conditions, and notices. Continued access to or use of this website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that changes or improves the Web Site's services shall be subject to the Terms of Service and Use, as modified from time to time.

Information Submitted to Web Site

At needAnotary.net, we strive to provide the highest level of customer care and courtesy to our Users.  While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Web Site and other information provided about our Notary Members, certain portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date.

Users of the Web Site acknowledge and agree that QEC Internet Services has no control over any information placed on the Web Site by any Notary Public and are not responsible or liable in any way for the truthfulness, correctness, accuracy or completeness of any such information.

Members represent and warrant that all information placed on the Web Site is true, correct and complete in all respects.  QEC Internet Service may terminate or suspend your membership to needAnotary.net with notice for submitting false or erroneous information to the Web Site.  In all cases, we will give you the Member an opportunity to make corrections and update your information via written notice before suspending your membership.  If action to correct the compliance issues on your behalf is not taken within 7 days, your account will be terminated and you will not be entitled to any refund.

QEC Internet Services (needAnotary.net) Refund Policy

Important Notice: Based on the extent of the marketing and promotional opportunities we offer notaries on the Web Site in addition to the time required to processing your registration, we do not offer refunds after your Profile Panel is actively circulating on the Web Site. If you feel that you will be unable to recoup the cost or value of your needAnotary membership over the course of your selected membership term, then we would suggest that a needAnotary.net membership is not in your best interest. Our goal is to be a benefit and not a burden. Our reputation is significantly more valuable than any monies we earn from your membership fees.

If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but prior to you submitting your commission verification documents or before our independent verification via the Secretary of States' office, QEC Internet Service will issue a refund of your total purchase upon a written request.  However, if an order is cancelled after your commission document(s) have been received, or after we independently verify your commission status with the Secretary of States' office, no refund will be provided.

General

In any action between QEC Internet Services and a User to enforce any of the terms of this agreement, QEC Internet Services shall be entitled to recover expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees.

This agreement shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of California, County of Los Angeles applicable to contracts enforceable in that state. Venue will be Los Angeles County, California.  The laws of the State of California shall bind this agreement.

If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of this agreement unenforceable, it shall be severed and the other provisions will remain and given full effect.
