I will refuse to use my notarial credentials for improper or fraudulent transactions or in any situations, which could be perceived as a conflict of interest.

I will always conduct myself in a professional manner and bring honor, respect and integrity to my role as a Notary Public.

I will treat people as equals; and render fair, honest and courteous service at all times.

I will serve anyone who makes a lawful and reasonable request for my services as a Notary Public.

I will safeguard any and all confidential information acquired in my notary practice with the strictest of confidence.

I will take commitments I make to my clients very serious, (i.e. appointments, fees for services, expected follow-up actions and document delivery deadlines).

I will inform my clients immediately as to any changes, concerns or other information in which they have a need to know.

I will quote, honor and expect to receive fees that are both fair and reasonable for my services.

I will not violate any mandated limitations, rules of law and maintain a bond in a sufficient amount to meet governmental directives if required by law.

I will perform my duties as a notary professional in a reliable and professional manner; and pay close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness of all documents.

I will maintain in good standing as a Commissioned Notary Public with the appropriate governing authority during my term as a Notary Public.
